It is not permitted to multiclass into multiple martial adept classes. No Swordsage/Warblades allowed.
Martial strikes, boosts, and stances that confer a benefit on a successful strike only trigger when the target is a hostile enemy. Sparring partners, trees, rocks, gazebos, and other such targets do not count for purposes of gaining the benefits of these attacks. Strikes intended to work on inanimate objects, or that only enhance the damage or effects of the strike apply to any target. For example, Burning Blade adds +1d6 fire damage to a swordsage's attacks. That works fine even when swinging at random objects or sparring partners. Crusader's Strike grants 1d6+Initiator level worth of healing to the crusader or an ally on each successful hit. This does not work outside of actual combat- a crusader can't simply spar with a party fellow for a few moments after an encounter to heal the party.
By the same principle, the feat "Vital Recovery" that restores hit points the first time the user recovers maneuvers in an encounter only applies during an actual encounter. Refreshing maneuvers outside of such context does not grant hit points. However, Crusaders who are able to pick the moment of their attack may choose the maneuvers they are granted when the encounter begins, on the assumption that they're able to wait until the properly inspired moment. If some other character begins the encounter, however, the crusader must pick randomly as normal.
The general principle to keep in mind is that the need to strike an enemy or be in danger is intended as a limiting factor on these powers. If the interpretation you're considering removes these factors as concerns to the user, then it's not the right interpretation here.
