Currently, anything extant in the D&D Compendium is provisionally allowed here. This includes material from the Adventurer's Vault, Martial Power, and so forth. The exception is for races, which are currently limited to the ones listed on the wiki here- so no drow or genasi here. Monstrous races are not available beyond those goblinoid races currently listed under the Races section of the wiki.
